How did we manage to get a keg of the 2024 FOBAB Best of Show? Not sure. But we did. Style: Barrel-Aged Strong Dark Ale
ABV: 13.6%
Our Description: Warm bourbon and apple brandy barrels bring rich oak and spirit warmth, layered with molasses, dark fig and sticky prune jam. Sweet caramel and toffee fold into dried cherry and apple candy notes, with just a hint of vanilla. Big and boozy but smooth, this is a slow-sip masterpiece. Best of Show at the 2024 FOBAB.

Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.5%
Our Description: Bright and balanced, this modern APA feels like citrus zest and juicy berry with a hint of watermelon rind dancing over a light grainy malt base. Mosaic and Dolcita hops give blueberry and subtle tropical notes while the cracker-like malt keeps things clean and crisp. Wonderful beer.

Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.5%
Our Description: Juicy and approachable with tropical brightness up front, this hazy IPA brings ripe mango and papaya from El Dorado and a soft citrus twist from HBC 586 that tastes like fresh orange juice. The light malt base keeps it smooth and creamy, while just enough bitterness grounds the fruitiness for a clean, easy finish.
