Craft Rewards is a catalog of perks for Flingers fans whose devotion deserves to be recognized with free food.
It operates like other Loyalty Programs. Earn points on every Flingers purchase ($1 spent = 1 point), and redeem once you’ve unlocked certain levels.
It works both in store & online, and for dine-in, pickup, or delivery. Then use your points for free Flingers food as soon as you can, or save up for the top tiers because the prizes get bigger the higher you climb.
The first thing to know is that all sign-ups work through our online ordering system.
If you’ve ordered online before, then you already have a Flingers account. All you have to do is login, click My Account, click Edit Profile, then simply check the box that says ‘Yes, I want to join Craft Rewards’. Or, even if you’re not actively placing an order, you can still navigate to the online ordering sign-in page, login, and check the box to ensure you’re enrolled whenever you do make your next Flingers purchase. If you’ve never ordered online before, then you’ll need to create an account. Simply check the box that says ‘Yes, I want to join Craft Rewards’ during your account creation process. It will likely be checked by default.
You can... but it will still be done online through your phone. We’ve made QR Codes available throughout the restaurant so that you can easily scan the QR Codes and sign-up via your mobile device through the process described above. We kindly ask that you complete the sign-up process yourself on your phone, as our servers will not have time to manually sign you up through the POS terminals.
Once you login, the system will know you’re enrolled and will credit the correct number of points to your Loyalty Account based on the amount you spend.
Once you have enough points to redeem for a free item, you will see those options during checkout. Applying them should be easy.
If you’re already enrolled, the best and fastest way to get points for your dine-in or pickup orders is to tell your server that you’re enrolled in Craft Rewards and want the points from this purchase to be applied to your Loyalty Account. Then, give your server your phone number. This is the fastest way for our team to look you up in the POS terminals and make sure you get the points for your purchase.
Redeeming is the same. During dine-in and pickup visits, if you have enough points to redeem, give your server your phone number. They’ll be able to apply your points and fulfill your reward. For dine-in visits where you already know you have enough points to redeem and intend to do so, we recommend telling your server toward the beginning of your visit.
You must already have previously collected enough points in order to redeem them for your present purchase. (In other words, the points you’re about to earn for an active purchase cannot be applied to that very same purchase.)
So make sure you provide your birthday when you sign-up, or add it to your profile next time you’re logged in.
Get 2 points for every $1 you spend from 2pm – 10pm on Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesdays.
Flingers Craft Rewards is available on qualifying purchases made directly through Flingers. Points may not be earned or redeemed on orders placed through third-party ordering or delivery services. Points expire two years after they are earned. Points and rewards are promotional, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash. Rewards are single-use unless otherwise stated.
Points may not be earned on taxes, tips, delivery charges, service fees, gift card purchases, or other excluded items. Points earned on refunded, canceled, or disputed purchases may be deducted from the member’s account. Exclusions and redemption restrictions may apply.
Flingers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Craft Rewards, including program tiers, qualifying purchases, available rewards, point earning and redemption values, and other program features, subject to applicable law. Flingers may suspend accounts or cancel points or rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of program terms. Additional charges may apply. Delivery fees and tax are extra.
